Tendmere: UK Landlord App

Tendmere keeps a UK rental business organised: every safety certificate, tenancy, rent payment, repair and document in one calm app. Every plan is free right now, with no card needed. COMPLIANCE WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET • Gas safety (CP12), EPC, EICR, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, deposit protection, licensing and more, for every property. • See what is overdue, what is due soon and what is missing proof, sorted by what needs you first. • Reminders before certificates expire, not after. • Attach the certificate to the record so the evidence is there when you need it. RENT AND MONEY • See who has paid and who is late across every property. • Record payments in a tap and keep a clear arrears history. • Log expenses and photograph receipts, filed against the right property. • Tax-year summaries grouped the way the SA105 property pages ask for them, ready for you or your accountant. REPAIRS THAT GET FIXED • Tenants report repairs with photos and safety-first questions, so urgent problems stand out. • Assign a contractor, track appointments and quotes, and keep the whole conversation with the job. TENANTS, TEAMS AND ACCOUNTANTS • Invite tenants to their own portal for rent, repairs, documents and messages. • Invite managers, agents, contractors, landlord clients and your accountant, each seeing only what their role allows. • Letting agencies get team access, landlord clients and agency reports. ON YOUR IPHONE • Home Screen widget with your compliance score, late rent and open repairs at a glance. • A companion Apple Watch app showing the same summary. • Face ID sign-in, dark mode and support for larger text. PRIVACY Your records are stored on dedicated infrastructure in the European Economic Area, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data and we don't track you across other apps or websites. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. Questions?
