I apparently have a strike against my name. Why? I was in the lesson. This is not the first time this has happened. Get it sorted!!

No Prices
I just want to find the prices for membership and usage! That is so deeply hidden that it puts me off trying the Centres.
Doesn’t work
Twice now I’ve booked an induction and a lane swim and both times the leisure centre have no record of the booking. Today I turned up for a 30 min swim at 12 and was told the lane swim closes at 12. Fortunately the staff are very great (unlike this app).

Worst app so over complicated I pay and I’m not even allowed in like what the hell man fix this
Unable to book the time I want
Just like the website, when booking badminton, you can only book on the hour. I want to book a 5.30 slot but I can’t. So I have to ring the centre and give my card details over the phone. This is a backward step as I used to be able to book online. Please resolve this soon - I have reported it several times before!
