Three reflective questions — with on-device Apple Intelligence to suggest values if you want the help — become the three to five principles everything else serves. Every domain you plan links back to a value, so your year is grounded in what matters, not just what's measurable. ANNUAL OKRS FOR YOUR LIFE Domains replace teams. Objectives stay ambitious.
