About
Goose is a kitchen display system for golf course kitchens and bars. It puts every open food and drink ticket on one screen, tracks what's been prepped, and keeps a running count of what the line is making.
Orders arrive from your TenFore point of sale — the clubhouse, the turn, the beverage cart, or a kiosk. Goose shows them the moment they land.
THE BOARD
• Every open ticket, laid out to be read across a kitchen, not held in a hand
• Separate kitchen and bar stations, so each screen shows only its own work
• Tickets change color as they age, with the thresholds set by your course
• Grid or flow layouts, and an optional sound when a new ticket lands
• The screen stays awake through a shift
THE WORK
• Tap an item to mark it done; the ticket shows what's left
• Bump a ticket when the order goes out — and pull it back if you bumped early
• Flag a ticket as a rush so the line sees it first
• Recently bumped tickets stay one tap away
THE COUNT
• An all-day tally of the components your course tracks, so the line can see how many wings, patties or pours are actually queued
• Service reports for what came through and when
BUILT FOR A KITCHEN
• Sign in with a four-digit PIN — no keyboards, no passwords on a greasy screen
• Brief network drops don't stop the board: actions are queued and sent when the connection returns
• Each screen is registered to one course, so a tablet always shows the right board
Goose displays and manages orders. It does not take them, and it isn't a menu editor — those live in your TenFore back office.
REQUIRES A TENFORE ACCOUNT
Goose is for courses already running TenFore. You'll need staff PINs and a registered device from your TenFore administrator. To see how it works without an account, sign in with PIN 0001 for a self-contained demo board
