Now it’s stopped working.
As of 6-5-2023, I can’t even get the app to open! It flashes for a split second and instantly closes! It keeps getting worse. You still seriously need to fine tune your GPS because when you’re up in these areas with no phone service, You can’t do the pickup and by the time you get to service, it says you’re too far away to do a pickup!!! There should be an option to input your mileage and time into the pickup as a marker and then have it send the pickup when service resumes!

Accuracy?!!!!
I am an NEMT driver and have been for 3 years. If you are going to INSIST we use this app, could you at least get input from us on what it needs to function and keep the frustration from using it to a bare minimum? I’m sick to death of an address leaving off an “S” Etc., and going to the direct opposite end of the road or street (North). The specific address I’m thinking of, is missing that all important “S”, but I have picked this client up before, so I know where she lives, unfortunately, I can’t mark that I have arrived at her location or input the CORRECT address, so, no trips marked for her on this app today! She claims she’s tried and tried to get the address changed. It’s SO frustrating to have to keep a paper copy of our logs as well as the app when the app has so many issues!!!
