I am almost impressed at how bad this is.
Terrible app
I tried multiple times on multiple days to set this app up and I kept getting error codes. My environment is well lit, all of my information is correct and the system still cannot complete set up. Abysmal.

The scan Front of ID page is just a blue outline with a black screen
Doesn’t work
The face recognition does not work. This app is useless and now we need to go in person and spend half a day to do what we could have done online if this worked correctly. Very disappointing especially since I assume the state paid an app developer a lot of money (our tax dollars) for this system.

Absolute garbage site
I am a teacher and have done extensive training on proctoring exams. My son did not answer the first question and a screen popped up telling him how much battery life he had on his computer, he closed the screen and it automatically failed him, saying he navigated away from the screen- he ABSOLUTELY DID NOT, nobody to speak to, chat screen is junk, keeps going back to the beginning and now it shows he failed his test- he did not answer a single question and didn’t have another tab/ website open. Extremely frustrating. Nobody to help with this issue.

selfie setup
so in order to setup in this app, it wants you to take a “selfie” by moving a dot to a number with your nose. idk if i’m just stupid or what but i’m moving the dot with my nose and it kept saying “selfie could not be taken” and it makes you try again x amount of times and offers you to watch a tutorial. after watching the tutorial and following exactly as they say, it still says “selfie could not be taken” and it will give you the option to contact support or restart and you have to provide your phone number, verify your phone number and take a front and back picture of your ID, just to setup your account. overall this app sucks and i would not recommend.

Update needed ASAP
app can’t function properly the facial recognition sucks and it’s always giving some error code. Makes it impossible to take a test online
Identity verification seems broken
Both my husband and I have had troubles completing the verification process. Incredibly frustrating experience. Will not accept the selfie. App needs major improvements to be more user friendly.

Horrible experience
I’ve tried this app a dozen times on different days and it gives two different error codes. No one can help. The DMV said to contact the help desk and the help desk said to contact the DMV.
Horrible. Does not work.
I used this 4 years ago and it worked fine. Now the AI facial recognition doesn’t work. What a huge waste of my time trying over and over to get the app to work thinking I was doing something wrong. Nope. It confirms my face with three checkmarks and then still fails. It’s a problem with the app, not the user, and needs to be fixed.

I was trying to sign up so my son could take the test , it wouldn’t let me past the selfie kept saying selfie wasn’t taken, I tried 7 times still did not work
