About
Download free and try every feature for 7 days, a full 168 hours.
Match flame-retardant certificates to tent and canopy equipment, track expiration against event permit requirements, and generate a Flame Certification Submission Packet PDF.
After the trial, one non-consumable purchase permanently unlocks the app with no recurring fee.
TentCert Tracker helps event and rental staff turn a folder of flame certificate photos into an organized equipment-to-certificate matching record for tents, canopies, and drapes. It is a certificate tool, not a permit authority: it does not determine NFPA 701 compliance or whether a permit will be approved.
Add Equipment Items with an asset tag, type (tent, canopy, drape, or any type you name), size, storage location, and owner. Attach one or more Flame Certificates with certificate number, issuer or testing lab, issue date, expiration date, and a photo; when an item has multiple certificates, the one with the latest expiration is the representative certificate.
Certificate status — valid, expiring soon, or expired — is never stored; it is calculated each time from the expiration date, today's date, and your Expiring Soon threshold in Settings. Change the threshold and every list re-sorts instantly with no data rewritten; change it back and the display returns.
Create an Event Permit with a venue, jurisdiction, event date, and a list of required equipment. On the Match screen, assign Equipment Items to each required line; if the certificate assigned is expired, the match is a shortfall and never counted as matched. A permit becomes fully matched only once every line has a valid or expiring-soon certificate assigned — a label about your equipment match, not a statement that a permit will be accepted.
Recording a Submission — date, destination, confirmation number — captures a permanent, unchangeable snapshot of every matched line: asset tags, cert numbers, issuers, expiration dates, image hashes, match results. Editing equipment or certificates later never changes an already-generated Submission PDF; a match is never assumed to mean a permit was actually submitted.
Export a Flame Certification Submission Packet PDF: event summary, required equipment list, match results, a certificate index with thumbnails, and submission history, noting the document does not guarantee acceptance by a fire marshal or permit office.
TentCert Tracker does not determine NFPA 701 or fire code compliance, or whether a permit will be approved, and it is not legal advice. It does not read certificates with OCR — every field is entered by you — and it never files or transmits records to a fire marshal or permit office; you submit through your jurisdiction's official process, outside the app.
No account is required. All data stays on your device with no cloud sync; export before replacing or removing the device.
The 7-day trial covers every screen: equipment entry, certificate attachment, permit matching, and PDF export. After it ends, a single $12.99 purchase unlocks the app permanently, with no subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account if already purchased.
TentCert Tracker turns a folder of certificate photos into a traceable match-and-submission record, leaving the permit decision where it belongs: your local fire marshal or permit office.
