Tenvello: Home Maintenance

Your home deserves a service book — just like your car. Tenvello reminds you of seasonal home maintenance, keeps a full history of everything you do, and turns it into a service book you can hand over when you sell. And it does all of that without an account, without the cloud, and without tracking you. WHY LOCAL-FIRST MATTERS Cloud-based home apps can shut down and take your maintenance history with them — it has happened before, wiping thousands of homeowners' records overnight. Tenvello is built so that can never happen to you. Everything you record stays on your own device. The only copies that ever exist are the backups you choose to export. A MAINTENANCE PLAN IN TWO MINUTES Answer a few questions about your home and Tenvello suggests a seasonal plan from a library of expert tasks — gutters before winter, boiler service before the cold, smoke detectors, radiators, outdoor taps, fruit trees at exactly the right time to prune, and much more. You choose which tasks to add, and each lands in the right month for your climate, including the southern hemisphere.
