Works well
It allows me to control the ZEB easily, from home or away, looks nice and recent updates mean the data is more useful than previous versions. With Tepeo now offering integration with Home Assistant I might not use it as much, but it’s still a good solid reliable App.
Works well
It’s easy to set when the device charges so as to match off peak hours, although it doesn’t have the functionality to pick up extra Intelligent Octopus hours it’s really easy to adjust the timing manually to match.
An improvement would be if it showed kWh in over a set period, but Support will email that data if you ask for it so it’s not a big issue.

Suggested improvements
The app covers the basics, but my biggest frustration is its current limitation: you can only boost the heat battery in 30-minute intervals, requiring repeated trips back into the app to boost again. It would be much more convenient to have options like setting a custom duration (e.g., up to X minutes) or choosing a “keep fully charged until [specific time]” feature. This would the work so much better with smart energy tariffs and manually syncing grid balancing signals (free or cheap electricity)

Connected heating
The app is streamlined and clearly laid out. I am able to make adjustments as needed. The graphs are good.
Could be better
That app does what its supposed too but it frustrating it appears to be missing some basics extras.
The graphs are all very nice but… why cant we switch these to numbers in a list showing energy in/out for the 30 mins slots rather than having to click on each graph peak.
Ability to see daily, weekly, monthly, yearly as a number without having to add up all the graph peaks.
Boost slider bar in 30 min intervals up to max, maybe add the boost option to the app landing screen rather than having to go into the menu?
It would be even better if you gave the residential app the same information as the installer app, pump flow, flow / return temp ect like many HP and GB display.

Dreadful app
This app is unstable and behaves like a alpha version.
Needs to be rewritten from the ground up, poor designed Interface and needs to be more intuitive.
Does the job just about…

Almost nothing in the Tepeo app works
All review statements have screenshot and / or support comms evidence. Features that work: - Status Tab — only useful element is the % charge of the ZEB, rest is largely redundant (e.g. whether the thermostat is on/off) - Settings: — Boost Charging (enables you to boost remotely via app) — Zeb Settings (used for initial setup, not much else) — Tariff Settings (used for initial setup or if you change tariff) Features that partially work: - Settings — Charging Settings —— only the ‘Custom Charging Scheduler’, effectively Manual Mode, works it seems (using any automated charging continuously caused issues reported to and acknowledged by Tepeo, requiring engineer visits and lack of hot water) Features that don’t work: - Insights Tab — the entire feature set is faulty across Day, Week, Month, Year for Cost and Carbon Emissions - Energy Tab — the entire feature set is faulty, Tepeo have acknowledged the fault given it did work for initial first month —— No ‘State of Charge’, ‘Electricity In’, ‘Heat Out’ Data is available Untested Features: - In Settings — Away Mode —— as a result of several issues both with the App and the ZEB itself no faith can currently be placed in the functional capability of this feature for me to consider testing it, as such instead the ZEB has been left running when Away. Beyond the App the ZEB itself remains unproven and from current experience the app and the ZEB should be considered as ‘In R&D / Testing’ - neither is a finished product. Further to all the above. The release notes have no specific details on what bugs have been fixed or what new features have been added. Which leaves any user guessing as to what has changed.
I am confused given the above App issues how anyone can rate it 5*

Does what it says on the tin
It controls the zeb and gives me information reliably. Tepeo are listening to feedback and more functionality is coming.
Another day another update
If you’re looking for a stable app forget it
