Inconsistent policy and lack of support
Their policy states that in case of emergencies, users should contact support for assistance, which I did. However, I was told the session was considered completed with no refund or rescheduling because I did not notify them in advance—even though emergencies cannot be anticipated.
They also state that cases can be reviewed within 48 hours, which I followed, but my request was still denied.
Overall, the response felt inconsistent with their own policies and lacked empathy, especially for a mental health service. I would not recommend this platform.
