Love the food, hate the app!
I love Teryaki, and the one near my house is awesome. For the past 8 months i have been trying to make this app work, to no avail. Always error messages or worse nothing happen. I registered with three different emails from 2 different devices, but still the app just doesn't work.
Also the app design looks like 20 years old. Its a crappy job from management and design team who was in charge of the project. I say design team, but clearly there was no designer in this project.
How about the whole team download some apps like mcdonalds, subway, starbucks, uber eats, use them for a week, make a couple of orders to get some ideas of the customer experience and how a modern app should look like and then put some effort into a new app that deserve to represent your brand.
I usually don't put any effort in complaining, because its a lost energy exercize, but because i love the food so much i decided to write this review hoping the team will take action.
