Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work, won’t let you past the address stage despite resetting and removing app, customer support tell you to do the same and still nothing.

Terrible app, doesn’t connect with heaters- compete nightmare!
Does not work
Can’t even get past the first step, to add a house to my account, let alone adding a device. Anything I enter tells me “something went wrong”. I guess I won’t have heat.
Not intuitive
The functions you need are so simple but the App has been designed by a first year software student, it is confusing & illogical.
Confusing and no daylight saving option
The app is quite confusing and not that intuitive. The default schedule doesn’t work so I had to create a new one. you can’t adjust the clock so it’s now an hour out, so I’ve had to manually adjust the schedules - there is no daylight saving option. You can’t input cost of electricity and get a running cost like I could with the old terms app, and the usage graphs don’t work anyway and don’t even show that the heater has been on.
