Hello could you please look after the ipad issue - thank you

Dear Pavlo, could you please check the app for ipad. On all of my ipads with ipad ios 12.2 ipad air - md789hc/a - the app downloads and installs but after tapping the app to load/start the app crashes after showing the logo picture. I urgently need your app for those 4 ipads i cannot update - i hope you could get it to work but don’t change the system requirements to higher than 12.0 yet - i will check for update downloads every day - thankyou best regards Wolfgang
