i am very unhappy with this situation because i have no idea what it is or why on my iphone my life is controlled by a phone and i am sick of it

The AI feature is among the most useless, most poorly conceived features I have ever seen in any mobile app. The fact that it is the default mode selection in the text input box is inexplicable. It has literally never been helpful or worked. The amount of times Iβve spent 10+ minutes typing into that box only to lose all the text I typed on submit is ridiculous. Worthless, horrible feature, enough to drive me away from on otherwise really great piece of software.

use xTerminal instead, they don't monitor your commands in terminal and don't require telemetry scraping login credentials. Cant even run my basic pi code agent commands without buying premium

Does almost everything. Almost.
Been using this app for ages. It's great, I love it. Only issue is I wish there was a progress bar, or even a full-on "transfer manager" for the SFTP client. Just having a spinning circle with zero progress feedback for a 10 gig transfer makes it kind of useless, let alone the inability to resume a transfer.

does most things most people need, with a few niggles
1. copy-to-clipboard via OSC52 bugs out at ~1024 bytes (~700 chars in base64 encoding); e.g. if using tmux with xterm*:clipboard enabled in terminal-features
2. screen redraw is unreliable (e.g. tmux, gnu-screen, esp with codex, claude) - you get lots of flashing, corrupt areas on screen, question marks randomly appearing. Itβs pretty consistently annoying with some CLI tools.
