Shockingly Good for an Early Product
Am genuinely blown away by how well fleshed out and smooth the app experience is in general, only one small and one big issue:
- small issue: keep getting low water alerts that go away even right after filling the resevoir, maybe just a sensor blip.
- big issue: the time lapse camera is turned off by default, probably because AFAICT it doesnt really work. it can sort of capture images but theyre slow and far between, previewing the time lapse never loads and is basically a blank page.

Not perfect, but the app works well with the device!
I received my Terrashroom on December 20th and unboxed it on the 29th. Right now, I have Lionās Mane growing. Itās been about 5 days since setting up my Terrashroom and my mushrooms are already growing using the preset ārecipeā function in the app! Iām also able to control my device from anywhere without hassle.
Now, there are some bugs that Iām seeing that need to be worked out. I contacted Terrashroom twice but havenāt had a response. The app for some reason triggers a ālow waterā alert intermittently, which for a newbie, is worrisome because you cannot add more water without breaking sterility. If anyone has this alert, JUST LET YOUR TERRASHROOM RUN. Do not attempt to add water and potentially contaminate your cake. The other issue is the camera quality. Itās giving iPhone 3GS š Not the absolute worst and I can at least watch the growth of my mushrooms via camera, but the quality could be a lot better. Overall, the app isnāt bad and itās very user friendly. However, there are bugs that need to be addressed ASAP.

Promising but too early
Looking forward to receiving the product to then test the app. But there are some nice details in the user experience I can appreciate. One issue is my Name not showing up on the profile page. When I get the product and connect it with the app Iāll return to update this.
Exciting Progress!!
I know we are still in pre-launch, but I ordered my Terrashroom as soon as I heard about it & downloading this app is SUCH an exciting step. The app is beautiful & seems user friendly from what I can tell so far, which is exactly what I expect from this company!! I cannot wait to get my Terrashroom in the mail so I can start using the app for real.

Good things take time
I very much look forward to receiving my terrashroom unit. Iāve looked into this company and trust they are perfectionists and will deliver a quality product. I also appreciate their honesty and illuminating the challenges when bringing a brand new technology to market.
