This app is trash 🗑️🚮
Tesa SMART Air constantly & routinely goes down which makes it downtroddenly unreliable especially if you’re trying to access an apartment or domicile. You need to carry a fob just in case, which isn’t ideal because then what’s the point of having this app? They also need a smartwatch app (Apple and Google play) so you have optionality.
Don’t waste your time with this tech. Use Latch app/technology instead. Trust me!

It’s super awesome with the service is down and you can’t get into your home

Not impressed
Needs an iPhone widget and Apple Watch app. App is also very buggy and I couldn’t use it for a week straight. Definitely not great enough to rely on just the app, like I can with Latch.
No Apple Watch
Not much else to say… it’s 2023, and the app has a UI straight from 1993 and no Apple Watch support.
Works 10% of the time
Absolutely terrible app. I need to be off the wifi to use it (and the door I need to open is in a basement with no cell service) and even then it is incredibly buggy. Very inconvenient. PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
App is okay as a backup to the key fob
I like TESA as a backup to the key fob, but UI needs work. Also Apple Watch app is a must. It would be easy to add watchOS support as well.
Unreliable, buggy and janky
I live in an apartment building where every apartment has a Tes SMARTAir lock on the entrance door and it’s been a struggle. The app is unreliable, often buggy and it straight up doesn’t work. Instead I have to rely on the manual key fobs to get in. Also why hasn’t the company created an Apple Watch app for the technology. This could be soooo much better—I’m highly disappointed. Technology is supposed to make our lives easier, not harder. Yikes. There’s def room for improvement!

Doesn’t work on WiFi, you have to click “unlock” a dozen times for the door to even unlock, freezes all the time

This is a decent app, but without Face ID and Apple Watch app, it’s incomplete.
Need Apple Watch app!
It’s a bit slow but works as a great back up to the key fob. Would love if I could use it with a visual floor plan as a list of 20 types of doors can be useless.
