Barely works

The app barely loads. It’s not worth it at all. Have to close and open it 100 times so it hopefully opens and loads maybe once. Don’t bother with it.

I loved this app and decided to pay for the subscription, but for some reason, the app stopped working. The screen is white, and when I tried to report the issue, it wouldn’t let me. I tried everything: restarting the phone, uninstalling the app, but nothing worked. Please fix this issue.
