Works well but doesn’t read chlorine on the easy test strips
Unreliable
It is too unreliable and most of the time. I have attempted all types of natural light, never direct sunlight, different distances to the Aqua Check strips and most of the time I get “Cannot read”. I will rely on my eyes.
Fantastic App
I love the concept of this app - can’t wait till it starts to suggest chemicals to add to balance a spa or pool
Unable to read effectively
Not very usefull app. Supports a very limited of test strip brands. Scanner accept my scan once every 10 tries so it’s more frustrating than usefull.
Unreliable
This app is not giving reliable readings. If you read the strip 3 times you will get 3 wildly different readings
No consistency
I can take a pic of the strip 10 times and get completely different readings. Being colorblind I thought this would help but I can count on the results.
Aquarium test trips
Was hoping the popular aquarium API 5 in 1 test strips were included but unfortunately not. Any chance you could add thease. There would be a big market for the app if it did thease sorts of tests.
Misreading and inaccurate
I had high hopes for this app to make up for my color blindness, however it doesn’t really work well in my experience. It is a shame, as it should be easy enough to find white point based on the “blank” sections of the strip to calibrate and then read the patches more accurately…but it doesn’t.
Does exactly what it says it should
Streamlined, no ads, easy to use, tracks history and does exactly what it says it does :)
Good App
I like this app. I think I need more practice to ensure I get consistent results, but it seems to match my eyeballing the test strips color scale. It’s important to follow the guidance in the help section.
I also like the handy reference for the various water parameters.
As a future function, I’m wondering if a photo import of a test strip could be added? This could simplify process.
The price is reasonable and worth it.

This app is seriously good!
I’m typically not a big technology guy, but this application has helped me so much with my pool maintenance. I especially like that I can track my pool chemistry over time to see trends.

This is a game changer! You can track each chemical level over time with the charts. beauty. Waaaaaay better than the big pool companies testing apps. Dont need to sign up with an account or anything. Just an awesome tool. worth the download!
