Useless app!!!
Works good. But interface is not beautiful!

I bought two sets of Smart probes and an IPad thinking I could use them on twin circuits, one set with the phone and the other set with an IPad.
It refuses to run both sets of probes at the same time, making them totally useless for Commercial and Industrial units.

Useless, won’t work with my Testo tools
I own 8 tools and Payed fair amount for them.
Only way I can use them is with MeasureQuick!
Pressure gauges are accurate in MQ on test bottle and able to Zero. And also can calibrate my temperature sensors.
Can’t get my LP gage to zero or read psi in Testo.
Very disappointed ,sensors expensive junk if you can’t read them!

Ability to save favorite Refrigerant needed
The app works pretty well. I’ve used it for years and have learned how to deal with it. My 2 main complaints is when you lose signal with your probs they don’t auto reconnect, you have to close out the app and then they will reconnect. And the lack of a favorite list or the ability to reorganize refrigerants like you can in the testo manifold app. If that small change could be made I could give it a higher rating. But with the amount of time I spend each day scrolling through the refrigerants list makes me want to try the fieldpiece probes.

This app is 5 years behind the competition. Its like they lost interest in the app after manufacturing the wireless probs. It needs a major update.

App clarity
App is great, could be a little more fluid and also when attaching pictures or saved pictures from Testo devices to add on the work order, pictures are blurry and cannot read and also make out what the picture is of.
Please fix the picture portion and it will be a great app !

Google play update no longer allows the app to operate correctly on my tablet: Best Buy geek squad found problems. App locks up on Samsung same problem. Using IPhone 6s now and it started freezing up pressure temperatures no change have to reset phone to kick start app. Keep having App malfunctions.

Crashes when emailing excel file
App crashes and quits every time I email myself an excel file. Very annoying otherwise no complaints app does what it’s suppose to with the smart probes
Tools are great and built well the app needs work
They’re app is good, gives accurate data, has up to date refrigerant list, and finally target superheat. They need to update the app to read microns off of their micron gauge, it currently only read in mercury and does not give the option for microns. Also, it’d be nice to be able to have a timed decay test feature for the 552. Another feature that would be nice would be having a designated 770-3 tab for testing electrical

Exporting csv works (sometimes)
Good app if you don’t need to export the data. Have lost hours of data when trying to export to csv. It takes a couple of minutes “generating” then nothing happens and the previous data is gone. The pop up email window with attached file did not appear as expected.

Crashes when you send out reports to the email after logging for say 10 min.
Sometimes reports aren't always logged.
The app is working good do t get me wrong, but sometimes it’s act goofy with what units your really on/using and the reports crashing the app.

Equipment and tools are great to use and easy to record but the app is not user friendly
No connection
Switch to the iPhone X, nothing is connecting. Probes keep searching for a connection. Please fix ASAP.
