The app itself is a little clunky and regularly glitches but does the job for the most part.
I had a premium membership for a few months but cancelled due to lack of use.
Since I have been continually charged for each month. Their customer service team is useless and has not replied to any of my emails.
Best avoided if you ever suspect you’ll want to cancel. Zero customer support for the paid product.

Long term login issues
Apps been autowithdrawing for months forgot about it over the summer but now that it’s winter I can’t login on phone or computer even after multiple password resets. I feel like they should mail a few dvds at this point. Love the production co and athletes though.
Rip off
Have paid for the app and still have to purchase new content (like magic hour). Not sure why I pay a subscription if I can’t get new content included. Will just watch it on Red Bull tv when it comes out for free.

Lifelong TGR fan here. I subbed on my iPhone through Apple and that apparently "locks" the subscription to the Apple eco system only. I'm only able to watch it on iPhone and iPad. I'd love to be able to throw it on my FireStick and watch on the big screen, but the app sees my email and Apple sub (same email) as two different accounts.
Aside from that the content is great and exactly what I had hoped for.

Garbage
Love TGR, but this app is awful. Constant issues with log in as other users have listed and was charged for premium service even after canceling my subscription. I’d recommend only using the free option (if you can actually log in to it) and better check your bank statements after you cancel it!
Huge fan of your company
Just wanted to say keep up the good work and that I’ve been a huge fan for a very long time. I now have my kids watching your work. Keep it up and thanks for making me want to continue to ski hard even in my 40’s. Thanks.

Unexpected problems always occurring. I can login on desktop fine but not the app. What the hell?

Paid for premium content. Content would not unlock. Followed help instructions on how to “unlock” content. Once app was deleted I could not log in. Even with password resets. Same error message every time. Very frustrating app.
