Wasting my time
If you have anyone there that knows how to fix your game, then have him fix the stupid bug that exists.
I’m forced to watch a 60 second video and then have to X out of it 3-4 times for a product or game that I’m not interested in to be able to rotate a block or get a block or bomb, after all that the game goes into the circle of hell, and I’m never able to do or get what I wasted my time watching. Happens mostly on my iPhone but also on my iPad.
Don’t give me a worthless reply or excuse, just fix the darn thing. Also you shouldn’t have any add on your game any longer than 15 seconds.

Freezes
I’ve been playing for years with over 2800 wins. Recently, the app started to freeze. The only fix that worked was powering off my 16 pro max and restarting.
Tonight, that didn’t work either, so i deleted the app as I’ve done times before. When I reloaded the app, I’m now back at the game 1 intro level.
Is there a way to restore my status?

Frustrating
I enjoy the game, however, every time I have to watch an ad and then go back to the game it doesn't refresh just get that annoying circle. Then when I opt to choose a helping aid and watch a video it doesn't allow me to use the aid I get that frustrating circle that just keeps spinning. Deleting the game I'm so fry

Game freezes on Temu ads
The longer Temu ads cause the game to freeze and you then can’t claim your reward for watching. I tried to contact support via the in-game link but the button has stopped working. I also see the last update was 6 months ago. What’s going on?

There have never been any updates since I have been playing this game.

Adverts
Good game but there too many adverts, Temu in particular, that just lock-up and you have restart the game from the start.
Needs updating
I really enjoy this game. Except……it freezes constantly. There is no way to get around it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. And I have to start all over again at Level One. Please please fix this problem. I don’t think I will reinstall it if it freezes again.

Weeks now I have been getting the circle of doom every time I try and watch an ad to continue playing. Also I cannot get a hold of anybody in service .
Adverts interrupted by a game
Really enjoyed this when downloaded a while back. Now it is advert for Royal Match that take away enjoyment. Real shame as a clever game, no issue with ads but not when pretty constant.
Ad display glitch
When out of moves and one chooses to view an ad to continue, after the ad closes, the “busy” icon remains spinning .

Entire game freezes with ads
Like so many other reviews have said, impossible to play for any length of time. If you need any help options, which eventually you will, you have to trigger an ad that will then freeze the game and it won’t continue. Presumably this is to induce you to become frustrated enough to pay money for the bonus tools- since the options to do this are shoved in your face at every opportunity, often leading you into almost making the purchase unless you cancel it in time - and bypass the ads. Yeah, no thank you. I’d actually happily pay money up front; not by manipulation & coercion.

It’s not as good as Tetris
This is a different version of Tetris and that’s fine but it’s not the original version of Tetris so I would rather play Tetris over this game no offence lol I’m just kidding hehe but I’m also not bye hope you have a great day.
What happened?
I have been playing this for a long time. I had an issue and had to delete it and reload. Now it looks totally different like the brown blocks. Settings won’t let me change the color or theme. May seem dumb but it annoys me.
Too many ads
This game would be so much more fun with less ads. The ads that do come on are extremely long or lock up the iPad so that we have to reboot often.

Loving it...except
I love this game! It is so relaxing. However, I have had a problem - the game freezes. The screen goes totally black and there is nothing I can do except delete and download it again. Which means I start over again at the first level. It is so frustrating!
