Your update last year broke it and now it has to be factory reset once a month to be functional.
Update broke my app. Please fix.
The last update broke the communication. Now my phone never reconnect to my feeder. Everyone I want to connect them I have to reset the feeder. Please update with bug fixes.
Nice App
I like the app. Helps me out a lot since I just started this hobby about 6 months ago. The only thing that needs work on is the fish adding. I have turquoise severum cichlid & a Albino Oscar/Cichlid that I can’t add because it’s not on the list to choose from. Other than that, I’m a piece with this app.

Some glitches, but I could care less.
All I have to say is VERY GOOD! I love Tetra. The filters for once actually keep my aquarium sparkling clear. It was a pity that my male died, but for safety I put another female in there, they’re thriving. Then found out they had an app! It just makes it easier. Thank you so much Tetra.
Cool App
I don’t understand all the negative reviews. This app is pretty cool and helps me control my fish tank.
It’s OK
It’s free. I mostly wanted to schedule and track filter and water changes. But reoccurrence has to be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. I change my water every two months, so this won’t work for me.
Can’t use app
I created an account and went to login… I can’t log in without verifying my email but I never got an email and there no way to resend an email so 😂🤷🏽
Account won’t active app unusable
I tried to use this app to keep track of my new aquarium but it won’t even let me sign in with my new account. App is completely unusable.
I don’t understand why this gets hate
Decided to give this app a chance despite the terrible reviews and I don’t really see the problem. Sure there are things that need improvement but so far everything has worked the way it should and really easy to use. 🐠
Can’t Add African Cichlids
Seemed like an interesting app, but only lists South American cichlids, and no Africans. I primarily keep Lake Malawi cichlids.

Quit hating this! You guys just don’t read the instructions right. this app is great! I have the feeder! You guys are just lazy! Try again! And you’ll get it. It took me a few try’s but in the end I got it!
Can't login
The app will not let me login without verifying my email. However, the verification email never came. After three registrations using two email addresses, no verification email came. I deleted the apps.
This App is Crap
Zero stars!! I tried this app after the other one failed me. Same here!! This app won’t let me open an account. Never received email to confirm, nothing! Totally useless and worthless!!!
Great concept, but released before ready.
I was very excited to find a feeder that would allow me to control it via an app, which this does perfectly. The problem is, I can’t even add fish to my aquarium in the app. It tells me the feature is developing, and to come back soon.
