Poorly programmed you are always in a Tetris drought or are getting the same piece endless times in a row which makes for a very inauthentic gaming experience

No ads but…
Love that it has no ads. But it gets glitchy as it speeds up and level 10 amps up in speed very suddenly and exponentially in my opinion. Things just drop all of a sudden and messes up my flow.
horrible limitation
hardly any choices for theme. no mode where the game doesnt speed up which it does rapidly when youve barely even started. shoddy mechanics. repeats the same blocks over and over again. hate to say it but somehow a complete waste of a dollar.
TOO sensitive, no option for save block
It’s WAY too sensitive, a little scroll swipes it all the way across the screen. Very challenging to control blocks. This NEEDS to be a setting.

So close…
It’s almost perfect. But for me I like to play Tetris to relax and I really really like to have a fixed level mode so the speed stays constant. It’s not relaxing when it speeds up. Add to that, like other reviewers have said, the speed jump in this app is ridiculous it gets so fast so suddenly :(
Would personally pay more $ for the same app with a fixed levels mode option.

Decent Tetris app
This is the most simple and clean Tetris app I’ve found so far. The game plays really well for basic gameplay. There are some issues, like no setting to turn off sound effects (really??). There also seems to be an issue with tetromino distribution. I’ve started games with things like 4 back to back 2x2 blocks. It would also be nice to have a save tetromino option if you choose. I know it isn’t an OG feature, but it would help a lot with the distribution issue as I mentioned. There’s also an insane speed jump at 90 lines cleared. Like astronomically fast compared to the previous increases.

The Best of Many
This works exactly like the old Tetris. Works great. All features work correctly, (as compared to other apps where can’t rotate some pieces correctly and many stupid additions. Definitely worth the price!

Sound NOT optional
App would be great if not for inability to turn off sound. I can’t listen to music or anything without music/sounds from this app overlapping it. Makes the app unusable. Please fix this in the next update!
Good old Tetris
This is exactly what I was looking for. A simple Tetris app without weird new features and other stuff nobody needs. Nothing special. Very basic, but very nice. The only thing I'm missing is the original Tetris music but that doesn't matter.
Sound Options
You cannot disable the obnoxious sound effects on this game. Do not purchase this game until they fix this blaring issue

Pretty good
I really love this game, it feels so similar to an old Tetris game I used to play on iPhone, but there are a few issues I have with the game. First, and other people have said this, there are no options to turn the sound completely off, and the clicking of the blocks is pretty distracting. Second, the controls are a little weird, and some delicate maneuvers are impossible to pull off because the moment any piece makes contact with another, they lock into place. When the pieces start moving faster this becomes an even greater issues because you literally cannot react at all in time to rotate the pieces before they lock in place. Other than those things though, this game is great, and absolutely worth it!

Too simple
The game feels like it’s 50% finished. You can’t save a block for later use, graphics and sound are very, very basic. Controls are ok but that’s the only positive thing about it.
Great, but would love to turn off block sounds
App is simple, and effective. Feedback- I’d love to be able to turn off the sounds made by changing the block directions to listen to music/books uninterrupted!!
Great app - just wish you could mute!
Love this app- way more calming compared to the ad-laden versions. Would be 5 stars if you could mute the sound effects! I would also like a zen mode where the speed of the blocks remans unchanged.
Glitchy
1. Doesn’t log high scores 2. Without fail it glitches and drops the blocks. Especially when the speed starts to pick up. Major issues. Sorry I paid for this app…
