2020 Dec 30: TSB app for iOS (and Android as am prior user of) is a very easy to use & stable platform that contains plenty of functionality one should expect from a mobile, independent experience outside of physically being at a TSB branch in person or on the phone with. Balances are kept up to date almost instantaneously, same for mobile fund transfer functionality, and mobile check deposit is a very handy feature that doesn’t require a lot of steps besides preparing the endorsement (signature) side how the app will state you should, taking proper pictures of front & back of check (does require access to phone camera for this function,) and then just indicating the amount and which account to be deposited into. Some information about accounts and account owner actions are given which could possibly be viewed as mostly “limited” but it is more than likely due to adding a layer of security in case someone else other then yourself gains access to your phone and into your TSB app. I’m thankful for the thoughtfulness of extra security myself and am not bothered to visit/call a TSB branch for information/actions outside of what I should expect from a mobile banking app. I’m very pleased with and use the TSB app frequently & gladly.

Mobile banking
Just learned how to do this, thanks to Jerry for helping me figure it out. Super easy and now that I’ve moved out of state and wanted to continue using TSB, it’s even better.
Good but could be better
Needs fingerprint password like all the other banks in the area have for their apps.
