I’ve forgotten my password but when I try to reset it the reset link takes you straight back to the reset request page and after 5 attempts you get locked out for 30 mins. Absolutely pathetic. I think I’ll empty the account and get my fuel elsewhere

The service for the points and the app doesn’t work properly. I have a physical card that I can’t link to the app. The amount of points are not given in the right way, when I fill the car with around 40L I’m rewarded points only for 1L, which is only one point (I have the receipts as well). The contact customer service doesn’t work. If you use this service forget about the points. It’s just a scam. 1 year of filling the tank (every week) and you barely get £5 worth of points 😅

Pants login process failure
They've wrecked the app. Refuses stored password (with Password Manager). Doesn't do a password reset after going through the process and then locks you out because of 5 failed login attempts. Seriously bad UX. Looking at other reviews it's been ongoing for months and months.

The password resetting link takes you to the login page instead of any password resetting page. So have never been able to make any use of this app at all. Not sure how others are doing about it? What to do if I would like to spend my accumulated points?
It should be a qr code or bar code
The nfc thing is awful doesn’t work half the times, tescos clubcard style qr code are so much excellent or life the digital gift cards from Tesco. Excellent and better but texaco nfc is horrendous

Worked initially but am now logged out I’m unable to log back in and unable to reset password sort it out guys!

As with many other reviews, the app seems to be not working and personally, it tells me that my login information is incorrect - despite changing it on the website (as I couldn’t change it on the app!). Then, attempted to send them a message to see if I could contact them that way, guess what, it wouldn’t send it! iOS last updated 3 months ago, not sure if that was just a gimmick!

Disappearing pass
So I’ve collected thousands of points on here then when to use the app one morning and the card had disappeared from my wallet.I’ve tried everything to retrieve to no avail.by by texaco app hello bp app

I can’t even sign in to the app despite scanning it all year. A great way to lose all your points. What a waste of time
