When can we fix this app??
It hasn’t worked in months. Did we just give up on it. So remove the app so we don’t feel so nuts.
Not useful and they won’t fix the problem
The app never works and what’s worse is that it’s been weeks and they haven’t fixed the problem. The error message is “looks like the problem is on our end….”
Worked great…at first
The first few months I was able to pay my bill which is mainly why I want the app since you can’t pay it through their banking app - now they are having a system problem that appears to be ongoing so I have to call my payments in which I find an annoyance. Are we going to get this fixed anytime soon?

Cannot login
Downloaded app 3 weeks ago and cannot login. Continue to get an error message that says there’s an issue on their part and try again later. 3 weeks later and no one at Texans can help me because they’re not sure what’s going on.
Connection issues.
Okay the connection issues seem to have been fixed as of now in June 2020. I was able to successfully complete a payment. So I have revised my rating to 4/5 stars. I would say to get a perfect score the app should more accurate with error messages and maintain a this reliable connection for some time.
Also is it supposed to show a statement payment amount even when there are $0 in pending transactions?
