Bill pay does not work on mobile app, only desktop computer. Same with husband’s app- no bill pay. I like the mobile deposit.

App takes forever to load. Sometimes I just give up and close it because it just spins and spins and doesn’t do anything. Also would like to have a way to lock my card. But overall it’s an okay app.

I like that Texas Bank considers security of accounts as a prime consideration for customers. It’s saved me more than once from hackers aquiring my personal info and trying to charge to my account. So far none of those have ever gone through. Regularly changing passwords is recommended by all the online accounts I use including email (which doesnt have any money in them but a lot of personal info) so I consider that a plus also. The Folks that work at the Bank are super nice also. I e been a customer for probably close to 30 yes maybe a little longer. Thank you for your dedication to customers.
