You developers and the people in charge get pay a salary to bring more trouble. I am in dire need of renewing my vehicle today, I have everything I need and I am so willing to pay every cent due to get the job done. And I can’t. I got to the last step which was the checkout and the app just didn’t let me finish the step after filling everything. The card is valid, the one I use every day. There is no error shown, no nothing, it just didn’t get past the step no matter how many times I hit the confirm button, I tried a different working card and to no avail. And guess what, the brilliant rule, no second try in the next 24 hours. And hey, if I got pulled over for an expired tag, I would tell the officer what happend to me with the app that prevents me from being a good citizen who follows the rules, that would make a great joke for them AND I would still have to pay hundreds of dollars for the ticket and welcome more troubles that come with it. Hey, thanks, nice job with the innovation.

24 hour wait is ridiculous.
Prefer the old way of renewing my registration. Through this app, if you even accidentally close your window, you have to wait 24 hours before you can try again. Why? Trying to make it difficult for people to renew?

Problem with Two-way authentication
Great App except the new(ish) issue is with the Two-way authentication. When I type in the two-way authentication number, the number menu does not go down and I cannot press send.

I'm trying to use this app to renew my license, since it's about to expire.
I'm not able to make an account, because the app "couldn't verify" my information. There are no solutions to this. I KNOW the information I entered is correct. I've been trying for DAYS to create an account and it simply will not work.
There is no "help" button, or any kind of clues as to WHAT is wrong with my information. There's nothing I can do but leave a bad review, since I can't find anyone to help me with this.

Messed up
This registration is so messed up. I have to leave the site to get my verification code from my email. Then I can’t get back to the sign up page to enter the code. Who thought up this cockeyed mess?

Needs some simple fixes
Doesn’t remember my mailing address. Doesn’t remember that I have already renewed my vehicle registration using the app and keeps sending me reminders. Doesn’t allow registration renewal for multiple vehicles at the same time.

It works half the time
I have to try logging in multiple times over the month and eventually it’ll send the code to my phone or email. If your patient eventually the site will work correctly.
Unable to complete profile creation although all data inputs are correct, and verified. Why?
The SSN box doesn’t allow me to type in the number, I’m unable to go beyond that stage to complete creating my profile. Is there a glitch within the app or a system error? Kindly advise. Thanks
