Unable to complete profile creation although all data inputs are correct, and verified. Why?
The SSN box doesn’t allow me to type in the number, I’m unable to go beyond that stage to complete creating my profile. Is there a glitch within the app or a system error? Kindly advise. Thanks

Why do I have to keep typing this in?!? You have my credit card, you have my e mail, but you keep making me type my address like I live in a tent on the side of the highway! Maddening!

Needs work
You can remember my email, but not my address for 15 years. I have to type it in every time. doesn’t work very well on a phone keyboard won’t get out of the way in order to submit when you have to enter some data that you should already remember.

The functions need to actually work
The app offers the ability to scan the registration tag but it doesn’t actually work, but I gave it access to my camera.

Very quick and easy to understand directions.
Please fix this
1. When I start the renewal process but do not complete or submit it, the application is not saved. Instead, I have to wait 24 hours before restarting the process from the beginning. Why can’t the system save the application as a draft so users can continue from where they left off? Is this a regulatory requirement?
2. While trying to submit payment, for most of my attempts, the credit card field was greyed out and could not be accessed. After multiple attempts, it became available once, but when I entered a valid credit card number, the system displayed an “invalid credit card” error message.
3. Additionally, when I navigate to Account > Add Payment Method, the credit card number field does not allow any input at all, making it impossible to add a payment method.
4. During the renewal process, In the address section, the mailing address field is blank and the “New Address” option is automatically selected. There is no way to uncheck or change this selection. As a result, I am required to enter my existing address as a new address every time I use the system.
Issues #1 and #4 have been occurring since I first started using this application several years ago. It is concerning that such basic usability and functionality problems (unless #1 is a regulatory requirement) continue to exist after so long. The recurring nature of these issues suggests significant gaps in requirements validation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Hope you take this as constructive feedback and address these issues.
UPDATE: Thank your quick response. Will you be addressing issue #4? Mailing address field doesn’t show anything and we are forced to choose “New Address” and retype the address we have had for decades.

Payment screen doesn't work
Payment screen is glitchy as hell. Credit card input doesn't work. Requires multiple tries before it lets you type in the card number. If it times out you can't try again for 24 hours.
