Very slow. Ordered at 12.32. Had to call the call center at around 1.18 pm. Call cut said would ask the outlet to call a. Received call 1.22from delivery person. Received order at1.43pm
Pathetic Experience
My experience with the Texas Chicken Qatar app was extremely disappointing. I waited for three hours for my order, only to have it not show up. The next day, I was notified that my order had been cancelled without any prior notice. The app is poorly optimized and lacks reliable customer service. I strongly advise you to go with any better app with atleast those who have a customer service portal
