Severe back pain
Usually I’m in the ER for hours upon hours due to swelling in my lower back that prevents me from walking this is so convenient instead of hours in the waiting room to be told the thing that I knew it was going in your able to schedule everything at home on your phone and not having to risk getting sick from being in the er and talk with a doctor. What happened for me though was even more informative than goin to ER . The doctor told me more about my issue than any dr I seen in person. At first I thought she was scrutinizing the medication that I was wanting, which is steroids prednisone because that’s what helps my swelling, but she wasn’t. She was actually giving me a place to start because of the lasting effects from steroids. I’ve been to several doctors who told me I just have swelling, but never has gave me a full on answer. They just prescribe me steroids and muscle relaxer and I’m out. and that’s what I thought she was going to do but when she was asking the questions it wasn’t that she was scrutinizing the medicine it was that she wants me to see the underlining cause so it really helped me and this app is going to help a lot of people I’m sure! I received my medication but also gave me another place to start and get an answer! Thanks Dr.Ingrid!

App not good
The pediatrician was great but the app not so much. I will not be using again. Everything was smooth with virtual visit with Dr. I even received the visit summary stating that my daughters prescription was sent to Walgreens but Walgreens never received it. When I called the phone number for prescription issues, they said they couldn’t find my visit information. That it shows disconnected. That I needed to talk to customer support to make sure I wasn’t charged. Turns out they said I wouldn’t be charged because it doesn’t show anything about the visit. Nothing pulled up. That I would need to do another visit to get prescription. I’d rather go to urgent care instead because I don’t want to have this issue again.

Dr. Pankratz was very attentive and took her time going over my daughter’s symptoms. She was great and I highly recommend her and this app for televisit appointments. This is a great way to get immediate attention for non- emergency care without having to leave your house and sit in waiting rooms. Very convenient and I feel you get sane great quality care abs attention.

bad service
I was on hold for 1 hour and when it was my turn they just hung up the video call and they did not call me back. I had to wait 3 patients again in front of me its not fair.
Can’t log on
While logging on it continuously tells me there is an update. The app isn’t showing an update in my App Store so I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it numerous times only to get the same outcome. What’s wrong with the app?

I love this app
I am so happy that someone thought about creating this app for people. It is very convenient and helpful for those who can’t get an appointment to see doctor on the same day or don't love close to an urgent care. My service was amazing and the doctor was amazing helping me with all my problems and answered all my questions with out rushing me. Will be using this app again in the future.
