Randomly named app
It’s impossible to find this app in my iPhone when I need to check the schedule because the name “waste wizard” is essentially random words.
TDS, disposal, trash, recycling — none of these keywords bring up this app. So now I have to memorize not just the name for this dumb company, but also their app name, which for reasons that are utterly unclear IS NOT THE SAME.

No services to my location
The app claims there is no service for my address but I can see the schedule fine on their website.
More Info Needed
As a new resident in Georgetown I wish there was more detailed information about what can and can’t be recycled and what to do if I have more recyclables than fit in my bin (e.g. packing materials)

Great app! Love that it tells me when to put out the bins and which ones will be getting picked up! I have yet to pay my bill using the app but I’m sure I’ll get it to it one day.

Great App
I use this app every week to know if it is a trash week or trash and recycle week. I have a small business in my neighborhood where I take out peoples trash for them, it is great to stay on top of my business.
