Game needs improvements it’s out dated and needs to be brought up to the 20 century. I have been playing for 20 years. Gifts need to be changed. Agents can use new scripts when replying to a specific problem. They need to change that muting system they now have where you get muted for nothing. They can do a better job of banning people after being reported for profanity. It definitely can use a make over.

Do not download this game. The administration of this game is a crook when you spend money on coins, they will use their own players. They will copy your sign in (your name your picture) then they will use abusive language to the other players therefore-accusing you of breaking their policies they will lock your account so that you’re not able to enter and play.

this site is a joke. igg don't do anything for customer service. we call a number they never call you back. we send email complaining igg don't do anything. people cursing and using vulgar language but igg don't do anything to block or mute them. they have policy against vulgar language cheating cursing and fighting all the times but igg don't do anything to block them. we report these players several times a day but still they play every day and don't get blocked. this site has lots of taggers put by igg to take your chips. also lots of bots placed by igg to take your chips. players clone other women and display their private parts we complain but igg don't do anything to stop or block them. just horrible site if i was to review it would be zero

This app allows you to buy chips and then they delete your account so your chips are gone, after you pay for them. Them there is no support so they just got your money without having to give you the chips you bought… beware scam scam

You can not play poker on this app I see this igg as just a game of chance. You can not always see the previous hands on many occasions I have won a hand and the chips given to another player and then you try to go to the previous hand and it will say no previous Hand lots of taggers and botts on igg. It could be good but igg do not want to stop the taggers because they buy billions of chips of Asian sellers and igg then take them.plenty of abusers on here and all of them with no picture just avatars not the best site but they are all the same.

In the bigger stakes ($1 million blinds and up) games the buy in needs to be at least the size of the small blind and maintained at 50% of the buy in…this would prohibit the jackpot players and allow for decent Holden games

I tried to change my name and I can't. It don't let me. Also I don't like that everyone can see your country where you are from. Also I don't like the fact that everyone sees your ID number.. so easy for stalkers to find you because of these three thing. Dawggi
