The game is filled with things that defy odds. Things like pairs on the flop four out of 10 hands. Being dealt the same hand three times in a row on multiple occasions. Players with banks of 100+million but only being level 1 gold status (I guess they could have bought their chips?). People winning multiple hands in a row with hands that defy probabilities.

Every time a community card is dealt, immediately a bar appears describing the cards, making it very difficult to see the cards !
reducing response time to only a few seconds ! Please remove this ! Has this developer played their own app much ?!

Vibration is still on during my turn even when it's disabled in the settings. Please fix it.

Why did 3 million chips disappear?!!!
Two hours ago I three million plus chips. Now I have less than 200,000. This isn’t my first time. I am not sure who is STEALING my chips but the app lets it happen !!
It seems to choose out comes.
Really if you are playing hand dealt poker how often do you two or three hands with the same cards. I mean it seams I have fair pay hand and I am crushed. Yeas double Aces loose to kings but how often to jack -ten. I look at player profiles and they close to 100 million chip. I am a descent player and I seem to be unable to reach 4 million chips before being knocked back under 100 thousand chips. What’s up?

Thanks for your detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating these situations can feel. Poker includes natural variance, where strong hands can still lose in the short term. Outcomes may seem repetitive, but each deal is random. Over time, results balance out, and we aim to keep gameplay fair for everyone.
It seems there are Bots in this app!
I have played multiple poker apps. This seems to have an algorithm that selects some above others. I have never been to acclimate more than a little over 2 million chip. Recently I was in a game where the most constant winner had near 100 million chips. I am guessing a bot. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe not.

I often see double pot splits in a five handed game of Texas Hold’em
I often see double pot splits in a five handed game of Texas Hold’em. According to odds that should be 3% of the time maximum. A three handed split should be less than 1% but I see the phenomenons multiple times in a hours or two play. I also see players winning hand after hand against pat hands. Building enormous chip stacks. Which makes me think the game is not so straight forward. Maybe players should provide a real picture icon (doesn’t have to be personal photo) to insure against bots.

Why do I have to buy in at the maximum while others buy in a 10th of maximum?
I have seen at most different skill levels I can only buy in at the maximum while others buy in over and over at 10%. This creates an unfair advantage. They can go all in ten times to lose as much me. I am beginning to think they are bots with an unfair advantage.
Loss of chips while not playing
Last week lost almost 4 million chips before a tournament start while not playing . Today I lost about 1.7 millions chips while not playing in before a tournament start! Is this a feature of the game to strip chips from players?
Good game experiences
I like the game play. You have wild to mild depending on whether you are playing Play Now or Sit-N-Go. Even then the experience is different amongst the different buy ins. You see bully’s winning and getting shamed.
My only complaint is I wished Sit-N-Go had at least seven players but at the current five players it is more like a final table towards end play.
