This has been the least enjoyable game I’ve played from the App Store, and instead of being fun it is stressful and frustrating, because you have to spend tons of money and even after doing that, you still can’t win.

يقومون بالتحكم مع كل شخص يقوم بالشراء ويتحكمون في اللعبه ويمنعون الربح عن اي شخص يقوم بشراء والدفع في اللعبه وقامو بسرقتي من مكافئات الدوري اكثر من مره .

Absolute joke of a game. Totally rigged. Support is useless. Filled with glitches and when you report them, they basically ignore you.
If you’re playing slots and you get a call on your phone, when you go back to the game, the bets have changed without you doing anything.
The odds in roulette are laughable. Ball literally hops out of slots after landing.

Dont buy anything of this app! Game is rigged to lose. Soon as you purchased you will win couple hands then it is straight losses for you to keep on purchasing, one game I’m glad I have permanently deleted and have saved myself money and time not wasted on a game that you will never win anything , they dont help if you have any problems just fob you off , glad I have deleted , if you do play just use the minimum free chips they give you

Broken Promises on "Free" Purchase & Crashes That Lose Chips
This app has serious deceptive marketing and performance issues. I strongly advise against downloading it.
1. False promotion: I made purchases on March 14 and April 3 for 21.64 for elite pass. Both times, a pop-up promised “100% free on your next purchase," but that discount was never applied at checkout. This is misleading advertising.
2. Questionable fairness: I've repeatedly lost on hands where I had clear winning odds, suggesting the dealing algorithm may be rigged. When I contacted support about this, my chip balance dropped to zero suspiciously quickly in subsequent games – it felt like retaliation.
3. Frequent crashes: The app crashes constantly during play, especially after I've placed bets. Re‑entering doesn't return me to the same table, so I lose the chips I already wagered. This ruins the experience.
Given all this, I have requested a refund through Apple. I hope the developers address these issues.

Rip off, customer service is non existent
Honestly this poker app is a mess. The interface feels clunky, the animation lags & and I’ve had a crash in the middle of a hand. The matchmaking feels random at best & the so-called fair shuffling seems pretty questionable. Customer support service is based on a supposedly algorithm that they say they say they cannot answer any questions regarding this which make no sense. And don’t even get me started on the endless pop-ups pushing in app purchases. It’s more frustrating than fun & I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy fighting with an app more then you enjoy actually paying poker

Thievery and sexual harassment
I’ve been playing this app since it’s inception in 2010. I don’t know in the last four years. This app has changed 100% total sexual harassment, misogynistic attacks on women. Threats of rape on women yet Apple does nothing.
Systematically allows men to sexually harass women, berate them and attack them.
This app is no longer viable while the Russian owner who changed his name to an Irish name so he could launder money on an over evaluated app at $500 million is a thief, a pig and should be shot

About as crooked as it gets
Cant give a worse rating so it’s a 1 star. If you know what “cooler” means. Then you know all you need to about this program. Because it’s a program, not a game. This program is designed to let you win and then cheat you … rinse and repeat. It doesn’t matter how well or bad you play. Which is suuuuuuper frustrating. It’s not subtle. It’s like clockwork. Win…win…then LOSE, LOSE, LOSE, LOSE….super frustrating that they are so heavy handed about forcing you to buy chips or get “cooler -ed” repeatedly…in a row…..repeatedly….like statistically impossible repeatedly. Why? Because you didn’t buy chips. Ooooooook. Immediately and permanently deleted this game. I’m not alone in the way I feel. Just frikin google it. This game sucks diseased ball sack.

Update
The latest update sucks in multiple ways. I don’t have the choice of going to a smaller table. You have made it harder and less convenient. I also cannot change my betting amount because I’m stuck in whatever last version I was in for betting. If you’re gonna make changes, don’t make it so hard to figure out where to go that you frustrate somebody that’s been with you for four years. I’ll probably run out my account and close it. This update is not good for anybody maybe use the developer, but it is surely not customer friendly..
