Software issues
I’ve been playing this game for well over eight years. There’s issues that they’re software company said they would resolve in my account and never did. I canceled my account and started a brand new one and now that one has issues. It never shows my best hand it never shows how many hands I’ve played, as well as a few other things that they can’t seem to get resolved.

This used to be my favorite game but its worse now. 2 weeks ago I was at 44 million but in the 100 million room I never had a win I lost too much & now only have 200. So every room I go into now have it be the best seat for me now since others double up & triple up quickly so have me be the best seat starting & double me up & triple me up quickly now so it will be my favorite game again. Last year I was at 249 million but I got dropped in all rooms which is so sad. So to motivate me to share it with other friends like I used to for some friends to download this game to play & my kids & but not motivated to share with others friends. Have this be my favorite game again so when I start in a room have it be the best seat for me always to double up & triple up quickly in every room I start in to make me feel better so it will be my favorite game again

Cheaters App
This app is a joke if you play tiny tables it should be ok but big tables dominated by cheaters double seaters even 7 seaters lol.
Terrible and unplayable Game
By far one of the worst poker games I have downloaded. Example; you’ll have 1 person or a group of people with 3-4 phones raising and re raising each other so they can steal everyone’s chips. Even the top leaderboard players do it (I have video evidence) and make it difficult for the solo players to even enjoy the game. This is a major problem for a game that you have to buy your chips to play. I have spent money on this game and will not do so anymore. This has to be by far one of the worst customer supports, no response back or even addressing the issues the game faces. They don’t care! They just care about you spending money. I have hours of video evidence of players cheating and also the top players double sitting or triple sitting and even quad sitting at one table. Just to raise and re-raise each other. The worst part about it that the developers don’t do anything!!!

App Encourages Trolls
This used to be a decent app but the trolls have taken it over. A good many of the people on there aren’t there to play, they’re there to troll and make the players miserable. The app refuses to do anything about it so there is no recourse. Pokerist is a much better app and they deactivate accounts that troll and stalk.
It’s obvious the people that operate this app has let it go. Reporting does nothing. Trolls sit in the lobby and say vulgar nasty things to the players. If you mute the lobby then not even your friends can talk to you, but that’s the only solution this do nothing app support provides.
Skip this app and for a more relaxed experience without trolls and insane forbidden words like “real” and “poker”, go to Pokerist or literally any other poker app. This is the only app that encourages trolls by inaction. They went from having 20,000 to 40,000 players online from a few years ago to less than 10,000 now. It’s obvious why.

It needs to be the best seat for me cause I got dropped too much so how would be the best seat for me now that would be the best seat for me, double me up and triple me up always. so make me feel better in this game finally so I can share it with friends again, so others can play in it also. This game is got worse for me. I only have 100 now this is depressing cause I lost when I had a ace King King four times. I should never lose with a king king so always bumped me up make me feel better so you haven’t triple up to make me feel better to have this favorite game again. It still got worse thats sad. Every time I had AA KK QQ JJ 10 I lost too much lost too many millions. The programmers have introduced bots to rip you off. The bots will go all in on the first deal to lure other players to follow. The program will then make sure the bots have the winning hand. This forces players to buy more chips. This game used to be enjoyable. It’s too bad that the programmers find it necessary to steal your money. Beware
