Horrible app

How are you supposed to use digital tags when it won’t even let you add license. Fire whoever is associated with making this app. Ai should be able to do this by now.

Does not work

Input info and received no license. Works like the Missouri conservation app.

Locks up and font issues

The app locked up everyone I added a new customer, and I had to exit and reopen the app. Additionally, if you have larger fonts set on your phone, the app is almost unusable.

Issue

Opens and immediately closes on my iPhone.

Hard to use

Not able to tag a deer this week. This site needs better instructions. Will use paper from now on.

Update Didn’t Work

I just updated the app, and the “Report” page won’t scroll up to allow you to read it.
Also, under app support, there’s no place to email you. I would have emailed this to you rather than doing it this way and hoping you would read it. It seems that would be the simplest way to get info rather than having to talk to everyone before you know what’s coming. Then you could look up the answer and email back. Seems a lot more efficient.

App Wellness

App will not pull up my information to let me do an electronic tag.

Does not run on ipad Air2 ios 15.8

Need to change app requirements statement or fix app

Linking license

Cannot link license to the app, told by game wardens that’s how to check to a certain wma in my area. What do I do now?

App will not open

This is my first year using the digital license. Seemed like a great idea except the app won’t open. I have downloaded it three times now. Touch on the THF icon and it opens to the first page then instantly closes. Now without the option of going back to a paper license until next year, how the heck am I going to be able to comply with tagging requirements?

Unusable when font size on phone is large.

The app is basically unusable when the font size on phone is large.

Overpriced, not enough options.

Do better Texas. This is sad

Broken

App won’t even open open

Not working

This app is not a good one because it keep saying error try again later

Nice redesign, bad performance

The new app layout is clean and makes digital tagging great…when it works. But the app is slow, and get worse when there is little to no cell signal. Took several restarts to tag a buck this weekend, and at once point it wasn’t able to find my location even with 2 bars of LTE coverage. If performance is improved this will be a great app, but otherwise I may just go back to paper tags next season.

Horrible app. Can’t buy basic freshwater resident fishing license online. Why don’t they fix it.

Horrible app. Can’t even buy basic freshwater resident fishing license #256 online. Why don’t they fix it. So simple.

No good…

The app is practically worthless. I would leave 0 stars if I could. The app has serious issues with the ‘harvest/tagging’ feature. It seems like there is no single problem based on the other reviews I have read. If TPWD would like to have this app reflect accurate harvest info they need to seriously overhaul this thing. Like others have said the app never should have launched.

flagged game warden

The app works great for me and it’s way easier than using paper tags but be warned if you buy your tags the day you hunt and tag your deer, it will inform the game warden and they will call you and come see you. i know from experience.

App won’t run

After downloading the app and trying to open it, it just sits and says “loading” indefinitely. Simply doesn’t work and wasn’t ready for roll out. Testing should have highlighted a very obvious flaw.

Trying to follow the rules

I elected for a digital license but it will not record my harvest. Going back to paper tags next year.
