Stupid APP

This is a very simple , very basic app, yet the way the codes are written are so dumb!! My 10 year old that I’m teaching how to code, can do better than whoever idiot wrote the code.

TX State park app

I love every State Park I’ve been too, but the app is not user friendly. It does not save your info for vehicle and camper type. It’s hard to navigate.

Very limited

The app should have sign in capability to see and change and make reservations, but it doesn’t. Its almost useless otherwise.

What’s the point if this App?

You can’t actually do anything from the app except choose a park

Park Cross Off

The app is good and it has a good map, but it needs a feature so you can cross off the parks you have already been too.

App need work

I used my IPhone to make the reservation. The captcha authentication pictures are very blurry. I tried to drop a day on the end of my camping reservation and can’t seem to do it without canceling the reservation. This website needs to be made easier to navigate.

Reservation

I’m trying to cancel my cabin reservation and this website is not user friendly

Texas Parks App

This Application is anything but user friendly. It gives all the rules and fees to cancel or change a camping reservation, but no link to get where you need to go to do so. It is useless. Also , the folks at the location where you want to cancel can’t assist unless it is the day of the reservation. Hire a new website manager that can make the site useful.

Can’t make reservations in app

App is completely useless because you still have to go online to make reservations.

Cannot find copy of my Day Pass

I spent an hour wandering through the website trying to retrieve a copy of my day pass. I still cannot find it. You need to install a hot button named “retrieve park pass”

Incomplete

Using your phone to access your account or reservations is impossible on this App. Duh. They need to modernize! I had to go to a reservation email I received, hit a link to be able to log into my account.

#TexasStateParkTour

This app makes it easy to pick and plan our next visit every time!

What good is it?

Laptop much easier and has more info
You might be able to figure out what site’s available and reserve one. After that you’re on your own. I haven’t found where I can look up my reservations, dates or anything unless I log in using laptop.
I’m a senior and wanted to be sure to reserve a sight before I drive to location. Wanted to get my senior discount but no way to do it unless I get there while the guard shack is open.
Also wanted to print out my pass abs reservation before arriving but not able to.
Easiest way to get everything taken care of is just to call.

No OHV Filter

No OHV filter in selecting parks. It’s crazy they have every other option but this one. Extremely frustrating for someone new to Texas and looking to ride.

09.25 - much improved!!

I read many negative reviews, but I’m finding no issues or bugs :) thanks y’all for making Texas state parks accessible and welcoming!

Hate App

This is the worst app. Not user friendly.

Doesn’t work right now

That doesn’t seem to be any way to login. There is no content in here whatsoever. As if I download the app, which is the shell, and there is no content inside.

Bruh

Why make an app that we can’t even log in our account with or make a reservation directly through the app, instead it redirects us to the website then we still have to log in our account

Not bad. Needs work

The first place I’d change is make the filters work. Even though there are only three closed parks, half the parks disappear when you filter closed parks.

Another change I’d make is to add more filters. For instance 50 amp and 30 amp camp sites.

Adding user input on parks would be nice. The ability to upload park photos and give thoughts and must sees.

Pass Information

There is no place to store the park pass number for the convenience of making reservations
