Schedules are confusing
This app is a mess. It’s hard to find the sport you’re looking for, and the schedules are confusing - for example, it doesn’t tell me which football games are home games, and which are away games.
This app is not user-friendly, and needs a redesign. Poor user experience.

App Freezes
This app freezes regularly. You have to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to work. Next time you try to open it, it freezes again.
Failing
Keeps saying it is “building your experience”, but never completes. Have deleted and reinstalled several times. Same thing! Hope it gets fixed 🙁
Fan
This app sucks. It doesn’t allow you to download one or two or three sports. It gives you all of them whether you want them or not. It says you can delete sports once you’re inside the app. But that is not true.
Ticket management
Inconsistent appearance of purchased tickets when choosing the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. Many times, the app “cannot find” my tickets. Over the years, It seems Tech’s selection of this ticket management app always was brick walls to climb to get what the app offers. I’m never ordering food on this app again. Mr. Hocutt ... invest in a better experience, please.
