Great app, bad business.

Paid to own the app and now it's switched to a paid subscription. Wasted my money.

Not working

I give the app one star because it is not opening. When I attempt to open the application it begins to launch and then closes on its own before the application shuts off. I purchased both the penal code and the transportation code and they are not working! Disappointed.
