Love the app
Way better than trying to call and wait on hold. Or the website which is not mobile friendly. The only thing I would change is to add/allow ticket searches
Tickets won’t submit.
Going online and submitting requests is easier and faster. When using the app you can’t submit anything at all, “Please try again later” every single time.
I miss the old portal
