Worst Banking App OAT
The app legit dosen't work more than half the time, it's truly terrible
Never works
Used to i could easily deposit checks with taking a picture..now everytime i try it says timed out or an error has occured ..I get this message over and over again when trying. Since the last 2 updates it hardly ever works. And never hardly lets medeposit checks mobily. So so frustrating 😕
No Problems So Far
I’ve used the app for about three months now, mostly for transfers, and it works well. The digital banking team was really helpful when I thought someone had stolen my info.
Technical
Texas Bank support is a minus feature. I’ve had to re-install the app 3 times. Now I’m attempting to install again and there is NOT a “Get.” What time do? Change banks???
Garbage.
Doesn’t let you log in half the time and when you can log in the mobile deposit feature doesn’t work. Incredibly frustrating.

I can never log in with the app this needs to be fixed please
Doesn’t work
Can’t get this app to even open. I have the newest phone, fast internet, good service. Everything is updated. The bank Customer Service can’t seem to realize there is an issue and here I am trying to pay rent but I can’t access my bank
Terrible App
Keeps locking me out even though my password and username is correct and keeps telling me invalid user setup. So bad it made me want to switch banks.
App loading issues
The app the last week has not been loading. Going to a white screen.
Log in/out
The app won’t remember my log in and keeps logging me out and then when I go back and try to log back in it says invalid username or password. Reset the password, tried to log in, says it was wrong and that user was locked out.
Overly complex
Their needs to be simple options to transfer money and set up bill pay. The interface is overly complicated.
Complete gamble if it's going to show approved purchases
As the title states, most of the time it'll wait an unusually long amount of time to show you approved purchases which if you're a planner, like me, it will really throw off your game plan.
Very Impressed
Perfect app! No ads, simple to use, & depositing checks without going to the bank. Very up to date with modern technology. Couldn't be happier with a mobile banking app

Awesome update! Love that they made the Apple Watch integration!
Update failed
Downloaded your update, it does not work. Tap on icon and it starts to load then goes back to phone main menu. Cost me bank fees because I could not access to transfer money.
Not working
I didnt want to give a star but I had to for it to post. This new update is no good. It says compatible with ios7 but it's a lie. It don't work you have to have be on ios8 for it to work. It's a shame I really liked the app. Maye they will fix it soon for it to work on ios7
convenient, useful, easy to use
Great app, though i had trouble setting it up at the part where its asking me to assign my checking account a specific name. I just left it as "Checking" but it it wouldn't accept that right away. I kept putting in my username password and security question until it accepted "Checking" as a name for my checking account. The app is very useful to have. I am satisfied with it. Another useful thing about this app is it has a directory for bank hours, locations, & telephone numbers so if you are stuck somewhere relying on your debit card you can look up the number to your bank. A must have for Texas bank users!

Great App
This is such a useful app. The registration was easy to understand and only took a few minutes to complete. The app itself is very user friendly and overall aesthetically pleasing. This app makes online banking so much easier.
