Cannot Login
App after filing in credentials shows disclaimer without any buttons. If you click anywhere you are redirected back to the main. App also does not precise which credentials is needed. It goes about panel user name and password? Cloud user name and password? Engineer user name and password? Should I guess or predict?

Far too many issues ...
Quite apart from the clunky UI, this app simply does not work reliably. This is irritating enough without having to shell out £5 for the privilege. It connects very rarely, then it simply falls over for no reason and getting it to work again just fails over and over again. Bad enough for an engineer, but unacceptable if you are trying to sort out a customer's problems.

Does what it says on the tin...
It isn't flash, but it's functional. Push notifications can be temperamental, great to view logs and set / unset.
Broken App with last update
The last update has broken some of the functionality of the App. I've been happily using the App to control the 24 hour zones on my sheds using the omit buttons in the 'zone status' section, since the last update this no longer works. Texecom have acknowledged the issue and have advised the developers of the issue, how long this will take though is anyone's guess, for now my once working system via the App is now broken and not fit for purpose.

Great app do everything you can do via the keypad at home it came into its on after a false alarm when I was away from home top app highly recommended

A fantastic app that allows remote access to our systems and resolve issues without even going out to site. A must have for any serious alarm installer/monitor. Just hope it works well on ios8.
Doesn't work
This app is very poor. The keypad options and part of the diagnostics work but the smart key and event log crash the app and then display an error on my keypad that requires engineer reset. Not happy at all.
Long awaited
If you work with Texecom panels this is an invaluable suite of tools for both onsite and remote use. Best functionality with the Elite range of panels, backward compatibility with older panels may be limited but Tech support are always extremely helpful and do everything they can to resolve issues.
