Restaurant can’t handle app orders
Maybe it’s just my local store, but they really can’t handle app orders. Last time I waited 1 full hour for my mobile order while the staff prepared the orders of walk-in customers

Outdated and False
I’ve been using the app for some time now and the rewards and coupons don’t ever go through. Lots of “offers” listed but when putting all the required items into the cart, no discount applies and the full price stays in the cart at checkout. Super lame, Tex.
Doesn’t work
I have seen different types promotions in the app and tried thousand times, none of them worked. I went to store to get some help but they don’t know anything about app. Needs improvement big time.
Plus wait time
What is the point of ordering through app for pick up to end up waiting longer than people ordering through kiosk? I place order through app and come 10 minutes later even to pick up an order and end up waiting longer than people ordering in line
horrendous app
The app used to be so good. How do you DOWNGRADE app development wise? Now they scam you of your reward points, make you constantly close and restart app to order, and if you try to contact them regarding rewards it doesn’t even go through.
Receipt scanning still broken
The rewards still don’t let you scan your receipts and just says enable location services, even though it is already on. Latest update and tried multiple times in the last few weeks.
Too many bugs
Makes you log in too often. Never remembers you pay ment details, and many times I have had to go to store and order because app wouldn’t let me order.
App still broken after update
So i saw there was a new update for the app today and the receipt scanning is still broken. It still asks for location services even though it is on. Please try to fix it and test it before updating it again.
Please fix the app
I can’t redeem my receipts because it keeps saying to turn on location services! Please fix this issue because i have receipts that not have been redeemed and its ruining my points gathering experience.

Amazing experience every time at Texas Chicken & Burgers! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor, but what really stands out is the service. app doesn’t work, so many bugs
None of the promotions work and you cannot even check out to order

The app keeps making me sign in, and is very glitchy. Please fix it.
Too many issues
App does not work at all. Previous versions before this new platform was much better. Always bugs in this version. Personal information doesn’t sync when updated. Can’t place orders because an error message pops up saying valid contact information isn’t provided (but on the website it shows all information accurately). The app is now more of a hassle, it is not a convenience.
