Money was taken from me and I don’t even use the app. I barely even took advantage of the free trial and now I’m getting denied refund I requested even though it can clearly be seen I don’t use app at all
Calls issue
I like everything about the app and recommend it for everyone looking……but I have only one concerns and every other texting app have this option…… the calls centre doesn’t have options to press button while making calls like calling customers support they’ll asked you to press a digit for your help option but this app doesn’t show the button in the call centres while making calls please update and develop it then I’ll rate five stars I’m trying to be nice and be a very long time customers with you guys

If I could give this app a 0 i would I can’t even download nun on my phone because it say I have to pay $40 for something that I already canceled I no longer have the app on my phone and it still says something about the subscription I emailed numerous of times no reason if anyone knows a number I can call please help

A scammmmm
I tried to get the 5.99 subscription March 31, 2022, it gives you a 3 day free trial before it charges your card. I had canceled the subscription the same day I bought it March 31, my 3 days weren’t even up, haven’t even passed. So why a couple days later is my card trying to be charged for a subscription I canceled cause I wasn’t satisfied with it. And there’s no way you can delete your account. So they have my personal data. I tried emailing them for the 3rd time with the email they provided on the app and No response. This is absolutely ridiculous and such a scam
