App lacks full functionality

We use this at my agency. The app does not have the full functionality the website has. For example, I can't create a broadcast from the app that can access our recipient lists. I can't find our lists to select so I just use the web app.

Just not where it needs to be

The app is OK and I use it for notification purposes only but then find myself using the service on the web browser because it has way more functionality and ease of use. It’s crazy that they don’t allow you to read a text message on the app, but you can do so on the mobile browser or computer browser.

Group Text Not an Option and the description says Mass Texting.
