at first i couldn't watch a whole video. just froze or kicked me out completely. now i can't open the locations. it just freezes. i tried reinstalling and that didn't work
Amazing game, but..
Been playing this for a while and I love the game. The great story line makes it a gem even. But recently I’ve had multiple problems with crashings and paying. It crashes at least every 20 minutes. And if I buy small in-game purchases, they will not come through. Also purchased a weekly subscription which I had to cancel because after the week it didn’t automatically renewed my advantages. It did however take the money from my account. When trying to write to support, first thing I read is that when a purchase has been made, it might take up to an hour (?!) to come through. Not the case with me. Then they ask some sort of number and a screen shot. Can’t find this number and I have no clue how to make a screen shot. Let alone to send it to support. I know this game only has a few chapters and I will finish them, but I’m really disappointed in this support team.

Fun, but annoying
This is enjoyable diversion, but the daily login bonuses have been broken for months. The app will show the same bonus multiple times over the course of a day, and will then reset the status back to day 1 the very next day. That’s a disincentive, not an incentive to play on a daily basis.
Rip off
I was enjoying the game and decided to take up the offer of the weekly golden ticket with a 3 day trial. I got all the benefits for the 3 days then they took my money, yes it was only $5, but the benefits stopped as soon as the trial ended. I have left 2 messages on the support page in the game and sent an email and have had no response. It’s 5 days since they took the money so should have been sorted by now. I have cancelled the subscription, but it seems like they just want your money with no customer support or giving you what you paid for.

Used to be one of my favorite word games. Play everyday. I just checked it out again and still no new content.
Granny‘s tips are too fast
Granny‘s tips flash by long before I can read them. I think you should have a resume button on the tips. The rest of the game is fun and challenging. I like the fact that you can start a word and then back out of it completely including the first letter.

Best word game I have played. Nice graphics and interesting storyline. Definitely a must for gamers who love this genre. It is now the only mobile game I play. You can play for free or purchase diamonds to speed the game along and this helps support the creators to make more games or build more areas in this one.

I quit
I played for a very long time. I even kept playing after more and more bugs came up that they refused to fix. But last few days it won’t let me play without agreeing to privacy policy that it won’t let me read and new rules that are pages long. No thanks. I’m done. I don’t recommend playing this game anymore.

can't obtain progress
I love this game and have been playing it for years. but I recently got a new phone and I tried to log in to Facebook and it says that feature is unavailable :( unfortunately I'm not willing to start over because I've spent money on the game and have a lot of progress. kwalee support has been unresponsive as well. :(

It’s Okay, But…
It’s not a bad word search game, not challenging, they just added in some story stuff to it. They have pretend teams you can “join” that don’t do anything or give you bonuses even if your team “wins” the week. You see the usual sad people on the individual side who play WAY too much, where it’s like so far past the point of a score you should be proud of, and just “oh, sweetie… I’m so sorry for whatever is/isn’t going on in your life and I truly hope it turns around for you soon”. They have promotions and events you can’t be a part of unless you pay, pretty standard stuff, but you can play regular things without paying all you want. You can’t tell what words you’ve already played until you’re penalized for them which is annoying. But all in all it’s pretty good, I liked it for a quick diversion. Gets boring pretty quickly though unless you’re really easily amused.

No progress anymore
Once I loved this game, but for 3/4 months I began to dislike it. No new adventure is added. My question is why the story becomes stagnant? No new adventure of Tilly only old spots are available. The fun is missing. I am thinking of uninstalling the game.

I have been playing this game every day for a very long time because I thoroughly enjoyed it. I say that in the past tense because the update they did several weeks ago created tons of bugs and even though they’ve been told about them, they do nothing. The daily bonus does not work. Plus the team thing gives you a pop-up saying you can’t do it. I still play every day, but I do not make any purchases and I do not watch any ads. If others are doing the same, this is gonna die as slow death. In the game, it shows it is done by just nine talented people, but perhaps they need more talent.
And you can ignore their stupid answer, saying I should reach out to them. As if I didn’t already do that countless times. I had a ticket open for two or three months and they kept responding that they’re working on it but clearly they Aren’t. They even went so far as to tell me to go ahead and play one of their other games while I was waiting on this one to be fixed. I have no faith that any of their games are given their full attention. If you’re happy with excuses and the response they gave, which is a waste of time then go ahead and play the game.
