Stolen my money

I purchased a number from you guys and I paid for weekly and then I paid twice for the verification and even after paying your app is telling me that it is not able to recognise my face in the selfie wit the government ID I provided. After that I tried to reach support through the app but it won’t open.

Can’t link with WhatsApp

I downloaded the app solely for using WhatsApp with a US number but the verification failed and WhatsApp said it’s not a valid number. Not good.

Account suspended for no reason and support doesn’t respond to emails

My account was suspended for “suspicious activity” simply because I receive VPN/MFA verification codes to access my work computer remotely. I’ve contacted support multiple times and still haven’t received any real response. Very disappointing for a paid service.

Another garbage scam app that tries to get you to pay money for a "free" number

Just use google voice it's easier and actually free
One day apple will let us report all those bot reviews you have like the other apps

Paid for my subscription then locked out of my account

The application was working relatively okay. Calls tend to drop off after a certain time, but besides that I appreciated the service. It wasn’t until today where when trying to access the application I was prompted with a message stating that my account was suspended due to "suspicious activity." A ridiculous thing to occur being that I have barely made 5 calls using this application since paying for the subscription a little more than a month ago. I suggest downloading any other app but this. The developers and or team don’t even take their time to respond to customers in a timely manner.

Tu paye un abonnement de 10€ par mois avec 3 jours gratuit et EN PLUS tu dois payer 1€ pour pouvoir envoyer des messages et/appeler ?? C’est quoi cette arnaque ? Si vous voulez forcément que les gens payent ne parlez pas « d’essai gratuit » puisqu’il faut payer !! C’est plein de pub et ça marche même pas tant que t’as pas payer !! Bref arnaque total à FUIR!!!

My account has been suspended after only one week of use, and I don't know why. I haven't received any response from customer service after sending four messages.
What's more, messages aren't coming through, and the phone doesn't ring when calls come in...
This app is to be avoided!!

Scam!!! NO FREE TRIAL

Do NOT pay for their plans! The three-day trial offered is NOT real! My card was charged immediately after signing up for the free trial, and on top of that, the app doesn’t let you use it until you “verify” with a government ID, which they only even let you do if you pay ANOTHER $0.99 to VERIFY. ABSOLUTE scam app! Illegal false advertising- do NOT pay!!!!
