Need help
Since thereās no apparent way to get help or ask questions, Iām doing it here.
The instructions to install this on my moms iPad arenāt correct as the things Iām supposed to click on to set up the app donāt exist in any capacity. I need help as I am DESPERATE TO GET THE POLITICAL TEXTS OFF MY EIGHTYSIX YEAR OLD MOMS MESSAGES. Getting her a new phone number is proving to be a problem as well so I really need this to workā¦but alas, I canāt even install it using the very easy instructions given because the steps donāt exist. They do on my iPhone but not on this iPad. Please help.

Hi Wahlycat, this app should work on an iPad but it must be an iPad with an active cellular plan. If you are getting spam on the device without a plan, it is most likely from iMessage directly (Apple does not allow Apps like mine to filter). Unfortunately the App canāt help much if thatās the case, but I can share some iOS notification changes to limit those messages for your family. If it is an iPad with cellular, and itās not working, then I can help debug. I unfortunately donāt have an iPad with cellular, but I will fix it with you asap!
