This app is AMAZING!!! This app saved me when I was dealing with domestic violence. It is very discreet and fast to use. I didn’t have talk on the phone which was SO HELPFUL because I didn’t want to escalate the situation. I knew if I was on the phone with the police, my face would’ve been bashed in.

Best Safety App because it is FREE, requires NO SIGN UP, and is easy enough for a child to use in times of danger. No other safety app focuses on getting help FAST for people with disabilities and/or health issues. Good for Asthmatics , Choking on Food and Can’t Talk, Fires, Accidents, Injuries. Text to 911 is designed for ALL AGES - kids, teenagers, adults. Easy enough for Grandpa and Grandma. Why wouldn’t you use FREE app that does not collect personal information and can save lives?

Location is wrong!
The app is useless. It got my location wrong. FIX IT! Until then, the app is going to be deleted. Bad app!
Just text or call 911
Why load the app just text 911 or better yet just call 911. This only works in areas where text to 911 is available. Until states find A way to fund dispatch centers, this will not work.

Can not move to the next step at step two. No response.

Never used it but when the people trying to harm you if so close you can call so being able to text them somehow is very useful if if some is hurt but you have to act quickly you can text them. Thank you this is a real life saver

This app is extremely quick to access and takes way from the necessity of dialing 9/11. It allows for discrete contact for help and could save lives in the case of a home invasion or otherwise.

Inaccurate Location issue
If this app is about expediting the emergency request for help, I wonder how beneficial it will be when the address is reflecting a full city block away. On the other hand, I would not thwart away from using this tool as the sound of sirens could potentially scare away the offender or at least throw him/her off their game.

Could be a 5 star but please fix this!
I just downloaded this app and it appears to be exactly what I was looking for. However, when I put in my information it automatically entered my address incorrectly - 2 doors down in fact. I have tried to manually correct this, or contact the company to do it for me, but I am unable to do either. Please help! What should I do? I don’t want to delete this app but it will be useless to me if it sends ER people to the wrong address!

Importance
It is probably the most important thing to be able to contact 911 without making a sound. If calling is to dangerous than this is an absolute necessity for everyone. You could also do it in a public area without worrying because of how discrete it is.
Feel more secure
l feel more secure with this ap on my phone since I rely upon public transportation in a big urban area. The instructions were easy for me to follow and even easier for me to use if an emergency occurs. I don’t have to write anything. All I have to do is push the button.
