Thank you for the feedback, and sorry for the frustrating experience. We identified the issue — a recent update to our free-tier quota system had a bug that accidentally applied limits to paid accounts, including lifetime plans. This has been fixed. The other errors were caused by a third-party service provider, which we've since replaced. Everything should be working normally now.
